Thyme + Stain LLC is here to provide our customers with fully customized furniture and home decor. Our closet of items are hand picked, produced and sold in-house, where as our custom design services utilize furniture which the customer already owns.

Our process goes beyond just changing colors. We completely reimagine the piece, producing a completely "new" item.

• Design Consultation - This is where it all begins. At this meeting, clients are shown the hidden potential their piece has. This  design board style meeting is meant to showcase not only the expected, but also the unexpected. No detail is overlooked. The focus is on wood stain, hardware, added visual interest, function and so much more. Designing a piece is more than just selecting a new color. It is completely transforming the piece to a work of art.

• The design consultation fee is $100 and typically lasts about an hour. Should you chose to move forward with your custom project a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book your project. Exact estimates are provided with each design in the consultation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

• Will you "just paint" my furniture and bypass the design consultation? The short answer is no. Thyme + Stain LLC focuses on completely reimagining a piece and this is a detailed process. The design consultation often shows clients an option they had not considered for their cherished piece.

Our goal is to always produce pieces which are the topic of conversation and make a statement in the room (subtle or not). Furniture should be cared for to gift from generation to generation, with each adding their chapter to it's story.
